When you use our products (Kuvarssoft Backup & Restore), we may collect: • WordPress site URL and administrator email address • Google account info when connecting Google Drive (OAuth 2.0 token, email, Drive folder metadata) • Backup logs and operation timestamps • Plugin version and WordPress version for compatibility We do not collect personal data from your website visitors.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to: • Provide backup, security monitoring, and uptime services • Authenticate with Google Drive on your behalf to store backups • Send email or WhatsApp notifications about backup status • Improve our products and troubleshoot issues

3. Google API Services

Kuvarssoft Backup & Restore uses Google OAuth 2.0 to access your Google Drive. We request only the minimum necessary permissions (drive.file scope — limited to files created by our app). We do not read, modify, or delete files outside this scope. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Data Storage and Security

• Backup files are stored in your Google Drive — we do not store backups on our servers • OAuth tokens are stored encrypted in your WordPress database • We use industry-standard security practices (HTTPS, encrypted storage) • We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information as long as you use our services. You may revoke Google Drive access at any time from Google Account settings (myaccount.google.com/permissions). Upon uninstalling the plugin, stored tokens are removed from your WordPress database.

6. Third-Party Services

Our products may integrate with: • Google Drive (backup storage) • WhatsApp Business API (notifications) • SMTP email providers (notifications) Each third-party service has its own privacy policy. We are not responsible for their practices.

7. Your Rights
