1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using Kuvarssoft Backup & Restore or any other Kuvarssoft product, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our products.

2. Description of Service

Kuvarssoft Backup & Restore (formerly Backup & Continuity / WP Vault) provides automated WordPress backup, cloud storage integration (Google Drive, Amazon S3, Cloudflare R2), site migration and business-continuity features. The service is provided as-is and may be updated or modified at any time.

3. Google Drive Integration

When you connect Google Drive, you authorize Kuvarssoft Backup & Restore to create and manage backup files in your Drive. You may revoke this access at any time. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from revocation of access or changes to your Google account.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for: • Maintaining the security of your WordPress administrator credentials • Ensuring your Google Drive has sufficient storage for backups • Complying with applicable laws regarding data stored in backups • Not using our services for illegal or harmful purposes

5. Limitation of Liability

Kuvarssoft Teknoloji shall not be liable for: • Data loss due to server failure, accidental deletion, or third-party outages • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Loss of profits or business interruption Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in the last 12 months.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, trademarks, and content related to Kuvarssoft products are the intellectual property of Kuvarssoft Teknoloji. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software without written permission.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services for violation of these terms. You may terminate use at any time by uninstalling the plugin and revoking Google Drive access.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kutahya, Turkey.
