1. Information We Collect

When you use our products we may collect: WordPress site URL and admin email, OAuth tokens and folder metadata for cloud providers, backup operation logs, plugin and WordPress version. We do not collect personal data from your website visitors.

2. Site Visitor Analytics

Our marketing site uses a first-party cookie for visitor counting. We record IP (last octet masked), country (via Cloudflare header), user-agent, referrer and visited path. No third-party tracker is loaded.

3. Contact Form

Messages from the contact form are stored in our database and emailed to cloud@kuvarssoft.com. Used only to respond to your inquiry.

4. Data Storage and Security

Backup files are stored in your own cloud account — we do not store them on our servers. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted in your WordPress database. SMTP credentials in our admin are encrypted with AES-256-GCM at rest. We use HTTPS and industry-standard practices.

5. Your Rights & Contact
